The properties accommodate the following numbers - cottages (4); chalets (6). Extra guests can be housed only in the courtyard cottages by prior arrangment. They are charged at £35 per person per week or part thereof, which includes z-bed & bed linen.

Well behaved pets are allowed at £10 per pet per week

One bath towel and one hand towel can be supplied at £5 per person, per week

Basic ingredients for breakfast, i.e. tea, coffee, cereal, bread milk, butter, jam etc. can be supplied for £20 or with sausage, bacon & eggs for £25

On arrival at 50p per pint

For children under 16 only at £20 per week, including bed linen. (cottages only)

A cot and high chair, stairgate, crockery etc. can be supplied at £25 per week. No cot linen provided.

Fisherman's & Stalker's have en-suite shower facilities.
