TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For your guidance and information, please note the following:

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Entry to your Tomich Holiday accommodation is at 4pm on arrival date. Departure is at 10am to allow us to clean the property prior to arrival of the next guests.

Any damage to your holiday home should be reported to the farmhouse prior to departure and relevant settlement made.

Fortnightly bookings are subject to a discount of 10% off the weekly holiday price. On bookings of more than 2 consecutive weeks, we offer a discount of 15% off the normal holiday prices.

Bookings are for a holiday period only.

PAYMENT

A deposit of £100 per week is required on booking. This is not refundable. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Failure to forward this balance may lead to cancellation of your holiday, the deposit being forfeited.

Credit card payments are accepted with no extra charge.

Prices include VAT at 17.5%

Tomich Holiday properties must be left in a clean and tidy state at the end of booking.

NUMBERS

Properties accommodate the following numbers - Courtyard Cottages sleep 4; Chalets sleep 6 & Dairy sleeps 4. The following extra people can be accommodated at £35 per person, per week or part week - Courtyard Cottages 1 extra person; Chalets 2 extra people (on either a double sofa bed or z beds for under 16's only) & Dairy 0 extra people.

CANCELLATION

When you book your holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract with Tomich Holidays. We are aware that customers who cancel a holiday with us will have a genuine sometimes tragic reason for doing so. However, if for any reason you do have to cancel, every effort will be made to re-let the property, but we will not be able to refund your deposit or full payment or transfer your booking. If we are unable to re-let the accommodation, you may be liable to compensate us for the loss of revenue we have incurred. It is therefore in your best interests that we strongly recommend that you take out Cancellation Insurance. You can opt to have 4% automatically charged to your holiday cost to cover holiday cancellation insurance, or you can get an online quote by visiting www.jlmorris.co.uk or www.cancellationplan.com

EXTRAS

Pets are permitted and a charge of £10 per animal is payable with final payment. Please note that as this is a working farm with sheep and cattle, dogs must be kept under control at all times.

A Baby Pack comprising cot, high chair, stair gate, baby bath, toddler step, crockery and cutlery can be provided at £25 per week. Linen for cots is not available.

Bed linen, up to the number each property accommodates, is included in the price of your holiday.

Towels can be supplied at an extra charge of £5 per week - hand towel and bath sheet.

For your convenience, we can normally arrange for basic groceries from the local shop or a Welcome Pack providing breakfast provisions for your first day at £15 or £20 to include bacon, egg and sausage.
