Our Victorian Dairy is a stone-built, slate roof, self-contained cottage, forming part of a Grade B listed building. This cottage conversion is our smallest property with a double bedroom and a twin room (bunk beds), making it the ideal, economical choice for families with young children or couples.
Stepping into the Dairy cottage brings you into the spacious entrance porch, with the downstairs cloakroom to one side. If you have your pet, this is an ideal space for them to relax. The compact living area contains a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, built-in oven and hob, dining table and chairs. The living space has a leather sofa and Freeview TV / DVD. At the rear of the property is the bunk room. Upstairs, you will find the master bedroom, offering the choice of a king size or twin beds with linen made up for your arrival, wardrobe, dressing table, a chest of drawers and side tables, together with a bright bathroom, with bath and power shower over. Complimentary towels also provided.
Car parking is provided in front of the Dairy, with a covered veranda with a historical outlook, providing outdoor seating and a BBQ . The swimming pool is just a few steps away but is currently closed due to COVID 19 , as is the games room with table tennis, pool, table football and wi-fi. The large lawn is ideal for outdoor activities and has football goals, play area and low level assault course, allowing children to burn-off energy and let-off steam. Other facilities include lockable bike store, bike hire, drying room and tourist information point. The Dairy cottage has access to the shared wi-fi hot spot across the lawn in the Games Room.
